50% deposit is required and by paying the final payment, you are agreeing that the proof is accurate. This includes (but is not limited to) spelling, dates, colors, designs, size, and shape. IF the final product Is incorrect, but is the same as the proof provided and approved, you will be responsible for a corrected sign. This price could be from 50% to 100% of the original price whatever we deem fair and necessary. If the product does not match the proof approved such as spelling, dates, design, or size, we will do our best to rectify the mistake at no additional cost for you.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours, and we will make it right. No refunds will be given for changed minds or cancelled events. Thank you for understanding
